I turned the graphics and reseloution down becuse of fraps, I normaly play att evrything turned on highest and a res of 1920*1080 and I get 60-70 fps

i LAG IN THIS GAME NO MATTER THE LOWEST SETING, I PUT IT ON MY PC IS 1440x900 but if i set it on that i still lag wtf do i do!?!?!?
