Here's something that you haven't seen from me in a while--or ever--an in-room set of matches. As usual, I'll cut out the screen where there's everybody's Mii names and course selection, which I feel is a big waste of memory space and your time. Thus, what was normally an 18-minute event was scrunched down to 12 minutes. I'll be uploading two races at a time.
You might notice that much of this consists of people with "NDA" in their names. This stands for the "Nodding Dog Alliance," if I remember that correctly. I don't know what their requirements for entry is, but it's very selective, and I'm surprised there are that many people in the group. There are also a few random oddballs, like myself, and someone with the guts to use Baby Daisy in the Cheep Charger.

Race #1
Dry Dry Ruins
I chose Rosalina in the Jetsetter because, well, I want to see if Rosalina's dress is reallt strapless in this game or not (she wore a strapless dress in Super Mario Galaxy), and because I wanted to see how the Jetsetter fared against these folks, most of whom have reached 9999 VR at some point or another. This is a VR I know I'll never attain, even if I use a bike and use some control scheme other than the Wii Wheel, so I was a bit surprised I was able to do as well as I did here. I was able to establish myself as a comtender by taking 4th out of 10th; I might have placed higher had I not jerked the Wii Wheel up too late for the POW Block.
Race #2
Maple Treeway
Showing that I can do well against even the best with the Automatic Jetsetter, I get the feeling people began to resent me over here. A blow very early on with Triple Green Shells puts me in last place, and I struggle to get back up. Well, actually, what happened was that I COULDN'T get back up, as the Piranha Fish Theory I made a while ago seems to continue to hold true, even for "pro lounges" like this. I really thought there wouldn't be such a thing, but it seems that I couldn't escape from it.

@levit8dude Of course I do--I just have trouble doing so when I'm turning. If I remember correctly, I dodged it properly somewhere else in the video.
