Andrekopoulos talked about school leadership and said the district should move quickly to link evaluations to student achievement once the legislature changes the law to allow that. He also called for the district to find a way to implement different pay levels based on performance.

"Administrative tenure should be fully examined in MPS," he said.

MPS is the only district in the state with an administrative tenure system, he said.
