South London Urban Krav Maga Pressure Testing - Groundwork

Students in pairs, one worked up after padwork, the other acting as aggressor.
On the ground, in-guard, with single-handed control, punching - using the pad to hit the 'victim' round the head.
In this class, students learned how to take the attacker's hip away, preventing further punches. Then kick to the head/neck (anterior triangle) and push the attacker away.
Then get back up to their feet as quickly and safely as possible.

This video has 5 beginners - this was their first class.
