row 170 lbs. x 6 +1rp overhead press 90 lbs. x 5 pulldown 115 lbs. x 5 dip body + 20 lbs. x 3 squat 225 ls. x 7 Since the TUL on the squat was about the same TUL with the lighter weight as with the heavier weight, Im going to go back up to the heavier weight and try to add TUL or if that fails simply add weight to that TUL.
