Start by making a roux sauce for this classic fish pie, the secret ingredient in the sauce is the NEW Knorr Fish Stock Pot. All you need to do is poach the fish and prawns in the roux sauce, add leeks, cheese and hard-boiled eggs and then top the mixture with some egg yolk-enriched potato puree.

  • Some of the things he says are just waffle. "By incorporating the air, you break down the starch." How does air break down the starch? The water in the stock plus heat plus the whisking action break down the starch into gluten.... which incorporates air. Silly Marco. Still love you
