@4FXDetailers exactly, the engine was killed and the boat clearly stopped when they flew out. They had lanyards attached to kill switches. As for seat belts, you don't wear any in an open cockpit boat. If the boat flipped and your strapped in, your dead. Both the announcer and this poster are clueless about offshore racing.
