@adiostraitorobama I've always found that to be the hardest thing to do/try.
It involves losing self-awareness/ego death, and giving up all control (that we perceive we have.).
As soon as you think your 'in the moment', you've 'thought' , and therefore have lost 'it', and the moment.
I imagine a sensory deprivation tank would be the best...as music would be a distraction... because your awareness would go 'there'... any time it's happened to me, I was not in a 'natural state', I was high. but
