You can just leave out the cilantro. I find a lot of people don't like it. Also if they have limes at the store use them instead of the lemon. If you want heat add a hot pepper - Thai curry goes best with Thai food - not very Mexican.
Yeah I've left out the cilantro before and it's just as good. Try the lemon and this though, it's awesome. I made it recently for a party and it went over very well. I use the thia curry paste because it's quick and adds a lot of flavour and spice.
Add some onions and tomatoes to make it really good.Also if u leave the pit inside the avocado, it helps prevent the brown spots that u might find after u open it
Yup very true! I tried to serve my friends guacamole made with a different recipe that had lots of tomatoes and they wouldn't eat it because it became a brown colour :(, but it was awesome.
