The bill for the Iraq and Afghanistan wars could be anywhere from at least $3,700,000,000,000 to more than $4,400,000,000,000, according to the research project "Costs of War" by Brown University's Watson Institute for International Studies. There are also many hidden costs which are adding up over time. In other words, these wars are pushing the U.S. to the breaking point. These war costs have messed-up the economy and increased the national debt to unsustainable levels. All these trillions and trillions of dollars taken out of the economy. So, what exactly has been accomplished for such huge sums of national treasure and lives lost? What about the kids inheritance?
