It's frequently used to inform people that it's not just one (or two) countr(y)(ies) that like(s) the music.
It's usually nice for the band (Heidevolk) to know that they have fans outside of Netherlands/Germany/Belgium as well.
Who knows, they may plan to go on a small tour somewhere else if they think that there is enough fanbase somewhere.
