  • not true, you can actually lose up to 12 pounds a week. I have and it's healthy. Eat 6 very small meals a day,don't eat anything after 7,at least 45 minutes of cardio a day,a gallon of water a day. You have to eat constantly(very small portions)to snack on so your metabolism is steady working. No beef!! Only chicken,turkey and fish,vegetables and fruit.You also need to do exercises to shape and sculpt(squats,crunches)!MEATS SHOULD BE GRILLED OR BAKED AND VEGETABLES SHOULD BE GRILLED OR STEAMED

  • Don't get in the habit of only eating when hungry! NEVER ALOW YOURSELF TO GET HUNGRY! YOUR BODY WILL START EATING MUSCLE!!! MANY PEOPLE DON'T GET HUNGRY OFTEN OR THEY ARE SO BUSY THEY FORGET TO EAT AND AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY ARE STARVING AND EAT ALOT!! YOU ONLY END UP GAINING WEIGHT ,THAT'S WHY YOU SHOULD GET IN THE HABIT OF EATING SMALL PORTIONS AND SNACKING THROUGH OUT THE DAY, YOU WILL NEVER BE HUNGRY!

  • I love vic†oria, best workout tape till this day, my mom used to exercise to the 2nd dvd, but then i stole it years later.

  • It's only healthy to lose up to 12 pounds a week if you are seriously obese - at which point, just moving your arms a bit could cause a huge weight loss each week. And what time you eat is an old wive's myth! Your schedule for food should be based on what time you wake up and what time you go to sleep. I sleep during the morning's when most people are waking up. My breakfast is therefore in the afternoon when I wake up. Therefore my dinner is well after 7 and I go to sleep well after that.
