This woman is awesome, I've been looking for warm up cardio videos -most have great techniques but the host might boring or I just can't get into it, I love Victoria Johnson's energy.

You say you've lost 4 STONE?lol(whatever that is),you could lose more if you conditioned yourself to think outside of your normal comfort zone. You have to speed up your metabolism! And FYI: when you exercise it's best to be out in the fresh air doing your cardio,and when your more advanced you could slack it with exercise videos!

Don't get in the habit of only eating when hungry! NEVER ALOW YOURSELF TO GET HUNGRY! YOUR BODY WILL START EATING MUSCLE!!! MANY PEOPLE DON'T GET HUNGRY OFTEN OR THEY ARE SO BUSY THEY FORGET TO EAT AND AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY ARE STARVING AND EAT ALOT!! YOU ONLY END UP GAINING WEIGHT ,THAT'S WHY YOU SHOULD GET IN THE HABIT OF EATING SMALL PORTIONS AND SNACKING THROUGH OUT THE DAY, YOU WILL NEVER BE HUNGRY!
