Menzo's first day shooting clay and Saiga 12

This session was the first time he fired a Saiga 12. Once I got him to stop looking at the sight, he started hitting clats consistently. The camera is shaky because I was holding two skeet throwers and trying to film. I apologize. The Saiga 12 in the same 18" with triangle folder in my "Saiga 12 Flawless" video and we were using Federal Multi-purpose birdshot. If you do your part, you can certyainly hit clays with a Saiga 12.

I use my converted S12 to clay shoot all the time. What else would I shoot clays with? :) It's funny seeing people stare at a person shooting clays with an AK.

I have had people tell me that I won't be able to hit clays with a Saiga 12. I just laugh, hand them a business card, and tell them to call me when they want to shoot clays. They never do....

@evlblkwpnz HaHaHa Those people obviously don't know what they are talking about. Just because it's a straight bore, no choke doesn't mean that a person can't knock those pretty day-glo clay birdies from the sky at 25-35 yards with a Saiga 12. I'll put my S12 up against any shotty out there. Lemme load up a 10 round mag and let 'em fly!!! HAPPY CLAY PIGEON HUNTING EVLBLKWPNZ!

P.S. I'll have to post a vid of me hunting clay pigeons next time I go out.

The funny thing about it is that I can hit much more consistently with the Saiga 12 in the video that is cut down to 18" than my 24" with the PolyChoke. I recently sent out a Form 1 to build a 11 3/8" Saiga 12 SBS (PolyChoke will bring it out to about 12.5"). I can't wait to kill some clay birds with that one.
