buddy rich style drumming (Application of Moeller technique

Have you ever wondered why Buddy Rich was able to perform dynamically with
power and speed that surpassed other drummers? At age 50-60 you would have
expected his physical strength to decline and muscle movements to become
limited.

Unlike many modern methods that support the exercising (training) of
muscles, his performance was based on a method of not using the muscles
(producing power with little effort). This method is used more or less
unconsciously by many top-level drummers and is not uncommon. The Moeller
technique may be classified under this category and is very effective.

Look, if you read a bit more closely, I wasn't making a judgement one way or the other. I was simply saying that IF THAT IS THE CASE then it's simply false advertising.  If I want to watch a video regarding making a sandwich and the video I click on says "how to make a sandwich" and it shows someone eating a sandwich, it's a waste of time. And to "consume" something does NOT mean that it is purchased, it simply means that it is taken in or accepted.
