  • Will you have muscle atrophy or lose aerobic capacity during the 1st 30 days?

  • @IronCladBen If you don't train your muscles you will have some muscle atrophy. Same for aerobic capacity but much less as the cleanse will ultimately strengthen and increase aerobic capacity.
