In that case, wouldn't it be more like calling the other personality an idiot? Since the disorder means that there are multiple (in this case conflicting) personalities in one body.

There is something that may be true or fake that si when, lot of ppl put their anger on one person that never existed, that person exist from anger, it also happens in this anime almost, cuz the men who wants her made a new person exist from desire

For those who are confused, this woman has Multiple Personality Disorder. She's fighting her alter ego Maria, the prostitute, to see who gets the body and which personality leaves forever. The teacher causes this when Maria seems to be letting go slowly and she ruins everything by going a step too far by removing Maria's stuff. The reason she's covered with make up at the end is Maria is trying to take over but the teacher resists and then Lil' Slugger hits her with his bat.
