i was really interested in hearing what a v6 3.0 diesel would sound like but all i got was some gay creed.ugh.i agree they would make a killing in the states off these trucks.nice ride though.

Já tive que trocar um rolamento dianteiro esquerdo. 89.000 km. Por que te aconselharam a trocar? A Hilux é uma excelente picape para esta viagem também!

diesel is cheaper than gasoline in europe and the gas mileage is better.

of course they would but our govt has turned the market against them. diesel cost more than gasoline courtesy of the 24.4 cent federal gas tax versus the 18.4 gasoline tax. then there is the chicken tax: 25% import tax fee on ALL light pick-up trucks coming into the country. now you know why several automakers came over here to build...well, had at least one reason to. lastly there is CAFE which mandates 35 mpg. taxes often have the effect of altering the consumer market.

it's not the EPA, it's the 24.4 cent tax on diesel. it's CAFE and it's 35 mpg fuel requirement, it's the "chicken tax" and it's 25% tax on all light pick up truck imports. the market is distorted. why would anyone buy a truck when the fuel is more expensive? it detracts from the better gas mileage. sucks to be us.

This is exactly why I hate the EPA. Drop our dumb standards and let us buy vehicles like these!
