  • how am i to use intervals??

  • @WayLandWay You can use them to understand scales.

  • i play a lots of metallica song but i didnt realise that almost all of their riff have this "intervals" thingy...i just know what is the meaning of intervals after watching this video..hehehe

  • Sure man, intervals are just distances between notes.

  • wait a second dude u didnt really give a name for the interval from e to f u just called it half a step. is that supposed to be a 2 minor? any body anwser plz. and if so then there is no 1 minor or major or stuff like that right?

  • Yes that's true. That interval is called a minor second. That's on my website.

  • The intervals are the frets of the same notes?! i mean fifth fret on string E is A and its interval to A string which is the open note!

  • car ramrod. get it?

  • good thing i learned notes and intervals in my music class. kinda

  • ok i knw ther is no mi sharp or si sharp but why ! ?

  • i dont know if i am doing this right but there is a trick on the guitar that my favorite band Megadeth does its a twin sound that both guitarests play a certain note and playes a beautiful sound that sounds really good i wanted to know what that is and how to pull that off. And there is a guitar playing hammer on and pull off trick that mst guitarest do when playing solos down the neck where they pick really fast and hit notes on a lower string but the same fret (hope you understadn) well thanks

  • I have an example for the major 3rd. METAL ON METAL by Anvil. It does a minor 2nd to a major 3rd I believe

  • jimi hendrix had perfect pitch so u cant use him as an example lol

  • dude next time, try explaining your wisdom with a clean tone, or at least just a bit of distortion

  • lolz well u can tell he really like metallica
