  • Hey man great video !!just thought I'd give you a little tip on getting a more proportional looking upper body. Try making your chest a lot bigger cause what's the good on having great arms if you haven't a big chest. That's what the ladies love a nice full chest. But some guys are against having a full chest idk just thought I'd give you advice (: great videos tho, very instructive if you need a good chest workout I'll hook you up tho I got quite a few exercises that will get more mass on your
