Din Mohammed Mannan one of the pioneers of Bangladesh Hispanic Community organizer Died at the age of 56 on April 22nd 2010. Din Mohammed Mannan was suffering from Hepatitis B virus and was hospitalized for a month before he passed away. Mr. Mannan was hospitalized at the ICU in Monceloa Hospital in Madrid in Spain. On April 22nd 2010 at 7:00 PM Mr. Mannan passed away at the age of 56.
Mr. Mannan never married and was a dedicated name for the Bangladesh Hispanic Community in Spain. MR. Mannan was one of NABABs Spanish Coordinator and worked as an International liaison for North American Bangladeshi Association.

Mr. Mannan was born in Begum Gong, Noakhali, Bangladesh and was a freedom fighter for Bangladesh Liberation war in 1971. Mr. Mannan latter on migrated to Lebanon and also fought the Israel-Palestine war for eight years. Later on in mid 80s he moved to Spain and started his community organization.

Din Mohammed Mannan was the Founder and the first elected President of Bangladesh Association of Madrid Spain. He was the Founder President of Bangladesh Masjid Committee of Madrid, Spain. Mr. Mannan was the Chief Advisor of International Banglees of Spain. He was one of the Pioneers of Bangla School of Spain in Madrid. Mr. Mannan was also politically involved and he was the Spain Awami leuge Chief Election Advisor. Currently he was the chief Election Advisor of Bangladesh Association of Spain. Mr. Mannan was also a senior vice president of Spain Bangho-Bandhu Porishod.

NABABs President MD Rabbi Alam sends a very special note to the community after the death of Mr. Mannan. On behalf of North American Bangladeshi Association for Bangladesh (NABAB) MD Rabbi Alam offer condolence to Mr. Mannans family in Bangladesh and relatives in Spain. MD Alam said it is a great lose for the Bangladesh Hispanic Community in Spain and in the international field. NABABs Executives Committee sends a special press release to the Bangladesh community in greater Kansas City and they hold a special session of Prayer for the departed soul of deceased Din Mohammed Mannan.

Along with NABABs leaderships local Bangladeshi leaderships also offering and sending condolences to Mr. Mannans family and relatives in Bangladesh. Among the local leaderships Golam Sorwar Milon the President of Spain Bangho-Bondhu Porishod, Akter Hussein Ata, Sakil Khan Panna, MD Rajvi Alam, Zakir Hussein, Abdus Sobhan, Jamal Uddin Monir, Ibrahim Khalil Noman, Shaif Moniruzzaman, Rafiqul Islam, Abdul Kayum, Liakat Hussein, Al- Mamun, Shakhat Hussein, Moqulesur Rahman Dider, Monwar Hussein Monu, Dulal Safa, AKM Jhourul Islam, Abdul Gaffor Farid, Mijanur Rahman Biplob, Ziaur Rahaman and many more. All the Bangladeshi Hispanic Community is coping with the lost of Din Mohammed Mannan and they are very delighted and grateful to the lifetime community organizer and community builder Mr. Din Mohammed Mannan.

NABABs Spanish Coordinator Rajvi Alam said it is a great lost for our community. As Mr. Mannan was one of NABABs Spanish Coordinator we like to honor his departed soul to be forgiven and granted to be in heaven. We will never forget the dedication and the exemplary works that Mr. Mannan left for us. As a community we will remember him as a pioneer of our international Community. Rajvi Alam said Mr. Mannans funeral will be taking place in Bangladesh. The local community is working with the Spanish Government agency to send Mr. Mannans Dead Body to Bangladesh. Rajvi Alam is asking all the community to pray for Mannans family and his departed soul.
