Lol, the title gets the meaning wrong. He calls himself the Dog King because the nickname for Elvis in Hakka and chinese is known as the 'Cat King' (Meow Wong - Don't ask why...). So he's saying he's the Hakka Dog King, i.e. he's better than Elvis!
