low head dams are bad. i am a whitewater kayaker and we hear about stories like these all the time. where people mess up is their judgement on these, like the guy said in the video people trie to go over them like a waterfall and dont think it is dangerous because it is not that high. moral is dont do anything you are not experienced to do
