The conflict judge, is that the Federal Government refuses to defend our borders and encourages illegal immigration in spite of their sworn oath to defend our borders.
Do the states have to secede again to defend their sovereignty from invasion by tens of millions of illegal aliens?

The Judge is truly a voice of reason in a wilderness of crap. At best, this whole nightmare has start being taken seriously at the federal level- That is if they ( Feds) hope to retain any respect from anyone in this country.First and formost this is about illegal immigration, not Immigrants per se- as some try to twist it. Perhaps the 14th amendment is the root of the problem- at least the clause which allows anyone born on American soil to be a citizen. If I was an illegal, I'd be pissed too.
