I have seen some one do this trick, with the rope in a double loop and cut while in the double loop (both loops are cut in the same place right above the note that has been previously tied in the rope.) Then the magician tell you to cut off the part of the rope with the note. He still has 4 loose ends in his hands when the note is discarded.

When his trick is done, there is no slipnote, or thread left, there is nothing in his hands.

HOw the hell does he do it. This trick honestly sucks.
