Ted Kennedy's lifelong goal was universal healthcare. To say that his death is being "exploited" for health care reform is like saying that Martin Luther King's death was "exploited" for civil rights. Of COURSE he would want his name invoked in the struggle.

Ted Kennedy was the king of nepotism and politcal favors. He was also a drunkard that walked away from murder. He abused his power in every sense and nearly daily. Besides murder,another abuse was when he obtained a military burial at sea for his nephew off of U.S. comisioned war vessal. Protocol for burials like this are very strict and very rare usually for war heros. What does terminal mean? It means you are dying, period. Chemo at that stage is useless. It depends on the stage of the cancer whether a person is a good candidate for that treatment. At the terminal stage, forget it. HR 3200 will not require proof of citizenship, because congress and the exec. branch gets its info from the census bureau which will not require proof of citenzenship. Obama says one thing but behind the scenes, another dept. is acting otherwise. You really do need to research more
