John Mayer - Slow Dancing In A Burning Room (Acoustic Cover)

Few mistakes here and there but oh well!:) Haven't done this song because it's my favourite of John Mayer's and I wanted to get it just right! I'll hopefully upload an electric version with the solo in when I get the chance to grab a Fender Strat one day haha!

i literally have 10+ versions of slow dancing in a burning room on my favorites bar and seen nearly every cover; i'm obsessed with this song. that being said, your instrumental cover is BY FAR the best out there. a slowed down version would be awesome to help catch a couple of parts. please do it!!!!

alryt bro, been checking your channel for a while now hoping to see a slow dancing tutorial. i know it would be difficult to fit all that epic guitar improv into a tutuorial but id really appreciate a video lesson for this song. never seen such a quality cover of this song on an acoustic guitar. please try and get one up soon, would mean a lot mate. thankin you pal!

@RhysJibbaJabbler yes definitely a slower version please. and the intro would be would be great if you had the time. im sure the tutorial wont be completely the same as your cover because it seems like some difficult and complex improvisation. but yea if you could just talk me thru some of the wee riffs and cycles on a video that would be awesome. thanks again man

@bigrafa99 It's great. Yeah dude i've lowered the action too. Just sanded the bridge down a little. The reason i didn't make the neck higher was because i didn't want it to look strange haha; but yes it makes a huge difference! Especially when you play from around the 7th fret upwards. And this song proves it!
