i live with cats too... and sometimes i drink out of a cup.. but i wouldnt stick my paw in.. that furry fur fur has bad manners! although i thnk i know that guy!

very funyi have a similar situation in my back yard an old raccoon couple share dinner evry nite with my cats they are in peace with each other funny we can learn from them!!

I'd call his front paws hands :) Raccoons have opposable thumbs, so they can grip things and climb.
