  • @IATM29 both of them are cool. They are different making them cool. no band is better than another.. just different. (:

  • one of the hardest bands to cover and you did a terrific job!

  • iy wuold be way better if the video was synchronized with audio!

  • I tak nigdy nie dorównają wykonaniu Freddiego Mercury. Wykonanie niezłe, ale nawet nieporównywalne do oryginalnego.

  • I agree that this isn't their best effort, and I am a huge Travis fan. However, if you want to hear the studio version of this cover by them, it is outstanding. It is a B-Side to their radio Single "Sing". I bet you won't be disappointed.

  • nobody can cover queen because freddie's voice is just so high awesome. hmm maybe muse's matt bellamy should give it a try...

  • Shit. I'm really starting to think no one can cover Freddie Mercury.

  • @lawriemanc Like David Bowie, Damon Albarn and nick cave I think there's a certain originality, personality and charm over singers who "can't hit the notes". Maybe they sometimes actually can't, but that doesn't mean they don't sing awsome and beautiful. Like the singer from travis sounds a bit low-pitched in this, I think it makes him recognizable, it sounds very travis-like in a way (a good way).

  • @ironinge I think it has something to do with his singing style, more than he just can't hit the notes, you know like David Bowie also may sound like he "can't hit the notes", actually I think it's originally a blues thing (blue note) that has emerged into traditional rock, folk, indie etc.
