Donna Edwards: Cap And Trade Revenues Should Go To Green Infrastructure

In a March 11, 2009 interview with the Wonk Room, Rep. Donna Edwards (D-MD) argues that it would be better for the communities she represents to take polluter revenues from a cap and trade system and invest in a "green infrastructure" like weatherization, green buildings, and wetlands restoration, than to "simply get a tax credit or tax cut and a check in hand."
