  • 64MB of RAM is like an old Linux PC. I think an SD card connector on that board would be useful. Though the reading speed on an SPI bus is not very high, data could be copied in RAM at startup.

  • It is possible but it would require a driver. It is to be expected that several extensions will get developed for this board. Maby I also contribute something.

  • I have noticed that you are very AVR positive - have you used ARM Cortex MCU?

    Or is it just a matter of preference to you? - I have been playing with mBed which is NXP LPC 1768 (ARM Cortex-M3) and i quite like it - easy to experiment with :)
