This song wasn't cut from the video because it was never part of the concert that was filmed. The 1992 Radio City show was the one filmed, but this song was only part of the 1991 Radio City show.

LOVE THIS! Can you please tell me where "Who'd Have Ever Dreamed?" Is from? Is it from a broadway show? can't seem to drum up ANY info on it online....but it seems like a classic LIZA kind of tune - or maybe it was just written for this piece...help!?
