Is that an Octabox Emily and if so, what size is it...120cm or 200cm? I'm looking to invest in one and would like to know which one would be better to invest in for my AB1600. Also is it a continuous light version or do you have an alienbee hooked up to it?

@olewis74 It is a parabolic reflector indoors and a mola setti beauty dish outdoors. I had Alien Bees hooked to it
