same, i can run crysis on max fine and stable at 20fps but this i get like 20fps at 1400x900 and its stutters..badly

same thing happens to me on my hd 5450 and i run cod mw2 45-60 fps :/ all settings up at 1280X720 but san andreas shadows stutter for like 2 secs which is bull

which driver version do you use on that card? you can see this on hardware manager

@seshilsucka all the latest. I update frequently.
Funny thing I noticed is that when Multi Theft Auto was updated, it included a shadow option "Volumetric shadows". By default they are on in GTA San Andreasm but in MTA you can uncheck it and the game runs smoothly, stuttering is gone.
