GENKI Musical 2011 Trailer - A Chosogabe Carol

This year's story was "A Chosogabe Carol", a fusion of the legend of Chosokabe Motochika, conqueror of Shikoku, and Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol".

The GENKI musical is also known as the Tosa-ben musical, because it is produced and performed primarily by foreigners living in Kochi, Japan, the dialogue being entirely in the local dialect: Tosa-ben. We performed at nine venues around the prefecture this year. The footage used for the trailer is from the final show.
