wincanton are absolutely shite they brought out two perfectly good container haulage companys and just fucked them up . the two companys had many contracts between them and now they have one left . the fleet has moved from new units every year to18 months to ageing 2nd hand units every two years. morale amongnst the employees is rock bottom we are just hoping to be made redundant it will be a happy release. good riddance to bad shit

Wincanton do not care for their personnel, i have just been made redundant, i would not recommend working for Wincanton if you care for your future.The whole company shows nil regard for their employees.
