On November 8, 2007 a DMCA complaint was filed by a fictitious person, "Joseph L. Hopkins," against my video "Medieval Combat,"

On November 10, 2007 my video was disabled by YouTube for "a copyright claim by a third party," and I received a notification email from YouTube, telling me nothing except that my video had been removed. Upon inquiry, I received a copy of the complaint and discovered that my video was allegedly stolen from a channel named "HoppingHopkins"

Pursuant to Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, I request this video be removed immediately as it infringes on my copyright, as I am the exclusive owner of the content. I request it be removed by Youtube.

Note that he states that he is telling the truth under penalty of perjury!

Please email Youtube Google and Youtube and let them know what is happening!

To clarify, Tim's investigation involved two seperate filings not related to the filing in this case. Shortly before this video was made a fourth false filing was made against a video belonging to LoganSperman2. The first two complaints were sent via fax and one of them used an email address that DIRECTLY connects the complaint to a leading member of the Yahweh Clan. Furthermore, in the two weeks preceding the filing of the complaints, various members of the Clan made taunting remarks on LoganSperman2's comment section basically saying "wait 'till you see what happens next!"
