  • why are there plenty of hour long lectures on youtube but we have to watch this in 10 min segments?

  • Youtube limits uploads to most accounts to 10-11 muinutes. Some sponsored or partner pages have the ability to upload videos of any duration, but i do not.

This is as good as it is going to get on here.

I produced mp3s of the entire event, JT Eberhard has a copy of the master CD,if you would like access to it, contact him for further information

  • Ok, who's the 1 disliking moron? Expose yourself! So we can stone you with petrified spaghetti! But seriously, extremely well thought out material. Carrier is one smart dude :)

  • THANKS HAMBONE!

  • thanks so much for the playlist instructions..

yes, what i"d really like is the audio mp3's..

is it hard to make those generally available too?

  • for instance, this one "Physics in Trouble, Why the Public Should Care" is 56 minutes.

No button pushing required. (so I don't have to leave what i'm doing to continue to hear the dang thing, whether it's leave my bench, or my bed)?

  • Carrier's lectures are brilliant!!

  • What do you mean by »thrown in«, migkillertwo? And which of those constants?

As far as I know, are all constants based on general relativity and quantum mechanics. Both are scientific fields that began to develop decades before big bang models were proposed. So, what exactly did you want to express?

  • NO, not "hedonistic" morality. Do you know what that means? A morality of understaning reality. Understanding that morality/ethics is really questions of real facts.

  • He's one of the most intelligent people I've ever met. I wouldn't say such things unless you've actually met the guy.
