I thought this looked simple, so i took a 15lb. kettlebal and started at 25 reps, counting down from there. I was wrong, i finished the kettleball part and got 3 sets of 25,24,23 reps of the squat thrusts. I have learned the lesson. This took me 21minutes and some seconds.

I usually workout 5 times a week and I started doing that routine last week. It is SO exhausting. I can't do it completely as I only have ~45 min to workout but still, I'm DONE after it. Thanks Nat!

I tried this routine today. I tried it on low weight so as not to overdo it, and will add more next time; but it definitely gets the blood pumping and the sweat flowing. Thanks!

Great cardio!
Ah a Pyramid. Now that's a set of exercise that will make someone sweat. I will give this one a shot as well and replace it with one of my other circuits for a bit to get a better feel.
