This demo was done by AMD engineers at Quakecon 2009.
The CPU was cooled to -170C and then overclocked up to 5.954GHz. When they tried
to go higher (6.03 GHz), one of the 4 cores died and they got BSOD. They have also
experimented with liquid helium, but I did not see it at Quakecon this year.
