Hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

i made this a couple of years ago and it was brilliant. I'm now going to upload it to FB just to piss off all my vego friends.

Try draining liquid from the pork after boiling, and wipe dry with kitchen paper towel.
Liquid/water coming into contact with hot oil will cause the oil to splash.

anyone else hear the ringing noise?...

look yummy, love thai food, thanks for the recipe :)
do you watch good eats? alton brown say's that water and oil don't match which is true and so the pork has water in it pushing the oil away keeping it outside of the meat.

hmm only thing i can think of is if you put the boiled pork into the oil without letting the water dry off. Put more salt on after you boil, this will help dry it out a bit.
I also loved this recipe, thanks !!!
