URDU -GOVERNOR-CITY NAZIM INAUGURATES SIGNAL FREE CORRIDOR III.

Governor of Sindh Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan and City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal formally opened the projects of signal free corridor III for traffic on Thursday. The 28km long corridor from Saddar to Toll Plaza at Superhighway which cost Rs2600million to city government includes the construction of a flyover in Gulistan-e-Jauhar (near Shamama Shopping Mall), construction of an interchange each at the linking point of Abul Hasan Ispahani Road and Safari Park and Nipa Chowrangi, a flyover interchange at Jail Chowrangi and Shahra-e-Quaideen, an underpass at Shahra-e-Quaideen and the Preedy Street from Saddar to Shahra-e-Quaideen.

I am not fond of MQM, but one must appreciate what Mustafa Kamal has done here.

For a signal free corridor, i believe there should be barriers on either side of the road, to stop people from passing by.
