Jesus Christ incarnate as the exact representation of God's nature has NOTHING to do with this topic. Read Acts. When does Jesus speak in tongues? When did Jesus transport like Phillip before He came back in His spiritual body? When did Jesus smite someone dead like Ananias and Saphira?

The idea that God "will not go beyond what is written in His Word" is a flat crock of crap. The WORD says explicitly that Jesus did "MANY MORE THINGS." This is nothing more than an excuse to accuse the brethren and demonize things from a shallow perspective of unbelief.

The gifts that were imparted on the early church were "Apostolic". Only the apostles could impart the gift of the Holy Spirit. This is clearly evident in the book of Acts. It is also clearly evident that the "foreign languages" spoken at pentecost were clearly that foreign languages and not the gobble de gook spoken today. These two teachings should be enough to rid the dough of this leaven, unfortunately "the experience" of the Charismatic is usually superior to the Word of God.

Problem is, some of the things that happen are not a sham , but other things are. Shame that it has been preverted so . People are looking at the manafestations instead of God, and they are hungrey for answers ( I guess). There are people that love Jesus soooo much and want only Him too.

I have been In many of thease so called churches all my life and its funny, When i was trully walking the walk of christ I felt nothing in the churches. but when I was a sinner I felt the so called spirit. this proves to me that when I was walking I was protected from there sprits.

I don't know why the charismatic churches don't 'test' and scrutinise the spirits that they receive by studying the bible. Isn't that opening their hearts to the deception of the evil one?
