What are your weird Christmas/Holiday/whatever traditions? I personally love watching/listening to Episode 315 (or the soundtrack) of South Park, Mr Hankey's Christmas Classics over and over again :)

Watch Katrina / katinatreesee's video of O Holy Night: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FluxzIsJ6PY

Playlist of Mr Hankey's Christmas Classics on youtube (probably not legal but I didn't upload it!): http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=D8A49616D2793660

  • I listen to the chipmunks sing christmas music in spanish!! and any other christmas music i like! :) ummm on christmas eve, we go to our friend's house and eat and hang out until almost midnight and open presents!!! but this year it will be a little different. we will have 3 christmases to go to. it's gonna be nuts

  • @xxairy09xx ohh chipmuncks. We actually used to listen to the alvin & the chipmunks xmas album every year while putting up the tree. I forgot about that! English though :)

  • We watch Scrooge the classic one and Its A Wonderful Life not really strange but a tradition all the same!

  • @sweetkiki16 I don't think Iv'e ever made it through It's A Wonderful Life in its entirety lol.

  • We don't do anything that unusual. When I was little, we used to always get to open one present on Christmas Eve and every year it was pajamas. And my family is so huge (I'm one of 9 children and there are 9 nieces/nephews behind me) that we can't afford to buy everyone a gift so the adults do a Chinese gift exchange and the kids do Secret Santa. I'm right in between in age so I do both. Still, two presents is easier than 20.

  • @QMusic3 9 kids, wow!

  • @Urgo6667 LOL! Just a really good life message in that movie!! To really appreciate what you have and never take it for granted!!

  • @Urgo6667 Yep, 7 brothers and 1 sister.

  • When I was a kid in the 60s, all my relatives would gather on Xmas Eve for songs & big dinner, then exchange gifts.

After the old timers died, that tradition ended promptly. The one big party became a few smaller parties on Xmas Eve with smaller groups of the relatives. Eventually the family split apart, no gathering for like 30 years. This is a pattern that occurred across our country.

We should all be thankful for our families & keep in mind that family unity & love belongs in our lives daily

  • @katinatreesee a food tradition with you, who'd have guessed :P

  • @AndrewTournayLive niiiiicee!
