  • thanks! i've never heard such a version with lyrics. would you have video of mathis' own "all the time"?

  • Yes, it's on my page. I'm surprised how requested that song is!

  • Hi Cybernautev,

I have been enjoying all the videos you and others have uploaded of Johnny's older albums. Mine are packed away, so I have not heard some, for a while, and I've missed them. The sound seems to be louder on this, than on the last few, which I appreciate! I was beginning to think I was losing some hearing. Wouldn't that be awful - not able to hear Johnny Mathis sing?"

  • I noticed the sound level was low on the original recordings I made, so I re-recorded on an increased level. But sometimes distortion occurs if it's too high, or I don't think it sounds as good for some reason on the louder level. So it's a crapshoot what level comes up.

  • A most beautiful song by singer Johnny Mathis...wow...how do you top this?

  • @oldies4dino my dad also has this album as well. Album was "Raindrops Keep Fallin On My Head" which was released in 1970.

  • @grooverunner Many thanks ,grooverunner.

  • @snorben Jack Gold, who produced Barbra Streisand among many others at Columbia Records (before it became "Sony" wrote the lyrics for this, as well as producing the entire album.

  • I'm curious to learn who wrote the lyrics for this version which I've always loved
