If I'll be doing this and get a little winded after some seconds, rest a couple of seconds, and then continue, how much difference does that make in the overall workout? Am I ruining the routine or is it still adequate? Bottom line, I'm not the machine the guy in the video is, how much is this going to hurt my abs?
Hm no idea i can pull through, the problem with this exercise is that it's for endurance, it's kinda though if you just started working out. Don't worry it gets harder each week :D
Well guys, this workout rutine is just for abs! Upper body is not considered here =) And yes, arnel has his own gym, I dont have all those objects to workout, but I try to do the same things to get similar results, and it really works =) thanks arnel!
well to be honest he says "You dont need a gym for this!" while he has his own gym, I aint seeing any of those object at my place.. perhaps the weights, but no pole to pickup :S no different set of weights.. just 1 pair
