The amount of fun we could have with such a small box back then :P

As a side note, there wasn't necessarily one particular Mighty Max figure for each set, they were recycled for the most part throughout. But of course, for whichever toy you had yourself, there was one specific Mighty Max that had come with yours.

This was my favorite Mighty Max of them all, even though they were all so great.

I still have one of the Mighty Max toy but sadly I lost the 2nd guy it came with

and what not

I remember being so upset when I lost that dragon as a kid

@matlockwk too many mum winging that they hadnt taught ther kids not to swallow toy cars and men, and wound up choking would be my synical guess.... either that or just became unpopular as they had been around for what kids wud see as forever.... yet again every other toy from childhood back even poggs and crazy bone... and some real obscure stuff

Wow, talk about nostalgia.. Had this toy as a kid, brings back a lot of memories. Thanks for making this, almost had forgotten I ever had it!

Luckily I was fortunate enough to buy a set with a perfect Death (I think he might be Called Doom...not sure). But I just bought one of the Heroes and Villans sets and he came with it sword and all. If you ever get the opportunity pick those sets up they have a bunch of the figures in new styles too. (Doom is in Pack #3 with Warmonger)

Loved these old sets. There was an incredible amount of detail in the MM playsets despite everything looking slightly fake. I think my first MM set was the Palace of Poison (Vamp Biter was my very first MM buy, but that was the smaller series), although I doubt I still have that one. The 90s were a great time for miniatures, as the Micromachine lines were still big at that point (and for most franchises) and towards the end we had those very nice semi-articulate mini SW characters.
