@veroooom dont apologise - are you david cameron? Have the Americans apologised for funding the IRA , which in turn has killed hundreds of innocent people? NO! As it turns out, it should be the American government that should be apologising to the families of the victims - they planted the bomb not the Libyan - he was simply made the scapgoat!
