This is one of the rarest scene that can be found. It's some sort of the dying breed. Not many people can play the traditional musical instrument called selampit, which can be found in some part of Kelantan. This video was recorded at Kampung Kemuncup, Machang, Kelantan. The singer is Encik Mat Yidin age 70 +

  • In thailand, we call Saw sam sai( threee strings filddle). it was adopted from Arab traders around 1000 years ago. That s sad, malaysians dont know how to reserve their traditional like thai people do .. duh!
