He is right. This so-called 'war on terror' only exacerbated the problem and increased the number of people willing to die for their cause, whether it be Iraq or Afghanistan. If you watch documentaries on the military presence in those countries and see the civilians whose homes are raided and families are killed sometimes on false information of having ties to terrorists, they are otherwise good people who have no opinion on the subject until it happens to them. Then they join the Taliban.

@ricardofuego I'm not sure what "a fucking ignorant" is, but I assume that's jungle-speak for some sort of insult. Please keep that babble to yourself. Negroes dominate rap, sports, etc. There is no white supremacy. You just want to feel like a victim because you need someone to blame for your sad failures.

Bill continues to be one of the most intelligent political commentators around, and also manages to be entertaining and funny at the same time. The fact that he smokes pot and advocates legalization has nothing to do with "the train wreck he has become" whatever that means. He just came out with the most successful documentary of last year with "Religulous" and just started a new season of "Real Time with Bill Maher". Train wreck? I don't think so.
