What is a BMI and is it an accurate way to measure whether or not you're in the normal range for your weight? There isn't any other YouTube channels like this, and I think that this is a very good idea. Health questions are very important, and some people are too lazy to read up for an answer themselves, and a short video is the perfect solution. I am not worried about my body mass index, but it's still an interesting concept. Just tell Chris to get you a nice HD camera, and then you are on your way! haha (:

@GarrettBMXes Thanks Garrett! What you said is true. No one else is doing this, thought I'd try. Perhaps you'd like to ask your health question, hmm? :) I have my own VADO, but I was experimenting with video taken from Ustream - meh, quality is low and the lighting poor in this room. Might try a different producer. What - does everyone thing Chris hands out stuff for free? (caveat: sometimes he does!)

its says im fat 25.7 but i have low body fat is this accurate for mesomorphs or is there a formula to accurately calculate for the other body types besides ectomorphs
